1) Angels to the Rescue nor any of it volunteers are responsible for the content of any obituary. Angels to the Rescue is not responsible for any damages, pain or suffering caused to anyone due to information contained in any obituaries. All deaths will be verified with the funeral home handling the arrangements.

2) All information accuracy is the responsibility of the person submitting and paying for the obituary. There are no laws or rules related to who is able to place an obituary. Angels to the Rescue is not responsible for anyone submitting an obituary.

3) Angels to the rescue is not responsible for any technical difficulties with the website or search engines or any other complications with the inner net. Angels to the Rescue will not be responsible for any damages, repair costs, or any hardware issue due to the use of this site.

4) No profanity, vulgarity, racism, slurs, abusive, or derogatory vocabulary will be accepted. Additionally, no comments that can be misconstrued or be offensive to family, friends, or associates of the deceased will be accepted.

5) All obituaries will be listed for 7 consecutive days. The day the obituary is submitted may not be the beginning of the 7 days. Angels to the Rescue will post the obituary after verification with the funeral home handling the arrangements. If obituaries are not posted within three business days the email site listed will be contacted with the reason.

6) Angels to the Rescue will not be responsible for funeral homes that will not verify the death of an individual.

9) This site can not be copied or published or used for any purposes or for any reason without the sole permission of Angels to the Rescue and the family and the deceased.

10) This site can not be used for any illegal, infringement, or dishonest purposes. You agree to comply will all local, state and federal laws.

11) This web site can not be used for any other purposes other than those proposed by Angels to the Rescue.

12) Links to this website can be added to any personal or business website as long as there is no written information stating or implying that Angels to the Rescue is associated, sponsored, or gives approval of your organization.

13) Angels to the Rescue is not responsible for any personal information and will not knowingly publish any personal addresses (if known) or telephone numbers. Please do not list service information if not in a public setting. This is for your protection.

14) Angels to the Rescue will comply with all local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies. If requests are made from these agencies obituaries will be deleted or copies of past obituaries will be provided to them as requested.

15) Angels to the Rescue owns all rights to obituaries posted on this site.
